From MoPac:

Take the 35th St. East exit. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto 35th St. Cutoff. 35th St. Cutoff West becomes 38th St. West. Turn RIGHT onto N. Lamar Blvd. Continue straight on N. Lamar Blvd., through the 34th St. traffic light. Veer to the left prior to the 29th St. traffic light (which is down a slight incline; you will cross oncoming N. Lamar Blvd. traffic). At the stop sign, go straight. The road will curve to the left. At the stop sign, turn RIGHT onto San Gabriel. The IC² Building is approximately 3 blocks ahead on the LEFT.

From IH 35:

Take the 38 1/2th St. West exit. Travel approximately 2 miles west. Turn LEFT onto N. Lamar Blvd. Continue straight on N. Lamar, through the 34th St. traffic light. Veer to the left prior to the 29th St. traffic light (which is down a slight incline; you will cross oncoming N. Lamar Blvd. traffic). At the stop sign, go straight. The road will curve to the left. At the stop sign, turn RIGHT onto San Gabriel. The IC² Building is approximately 3 blocks ahead on the LEFT.
